Low Country SC Fishing
Beaufort is a charming town located in the Low Country Region of South Carolina. The town is surrounded by a quarter of the East Coast's marshland and experiences high tidal ranges that shape the local fishing practices. The tides bring in a variety of fish, including the prized redfish, which can be caught year-round. During the changing seasons, other fish like cobia, tripletail, jack crevalle, and tarpon come to our bay and stay until fall. Sea trout and flounder also visit the waters, making the local fishing scene diverse and exciting.
